The Beach Co. has announced the opening of the Factory at Garco Park, a 271-unit apartment community located in Charleston, S.C.’s, vibrant Park Circle neighborhood and retail district.

The firm collaborated with the city of North Charleston for several years to create the new, walkable community with an array of living options and amenities, says Kent Johnson, The Beach Co.'s vice president of development.

The Factory is now leasing studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with access to amenities including a saltwater pool with cabanas and water lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a private boat storage area, a dog park and spa, an outdoor kitchen, a bocce court, and more. Unit amenities include gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, 9-foot-high ceilings, washers and dryers in each apartment, spacious closets, large bathrooms, and fiber-optic data/telecom connections with up to 1 GB of bandwidth.
