The Opus Group has announced that 19Nineteen Mile High, a multifamily development near Empower Field at Mile High, has been completed. Offering studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, the 12-story, 277-unit building includes an above-grade parking structure and an abundance of on-site amenities.

Apartment interiors feature oversized windows for natural light, controlled access and digital guest entry, quartz countertops, tile bathroom shower surrounds, premium plumbing fixtures, smart home features, wood-style flooring, and patios.

With views of downtown Denver and the mountains, residents can enjoy the Star Lounge rooftop deck, 12th floor clubroom; outdoor pool and spa with towel service; game lounge; multisport simulator; multilevel fitness center; dog wash station; and bike and ski storage. The Study, a work-from-home space with offices and conference rooms, was integrated into the project after the start of construction to address the need for flexible working space.

“19Nineteen Mile High offers residents an unmatched set of amenities in an emerging location with great walkability and nearby recreation opportunities. The property has easy access to downtown and to the mountains. 19Nineteen is also one of the first multifamily developments where design and operational changes proposed during the pandemic are coming to life,” says Joe Swensson, director of real estate development at Opus.

Opus was the developer, designer-builder, interior designer, and architect and structural engineer of record, while Principal Real Estate Investors was the financial partner for the project. The property will be managed by Greystar.

“19Nineteen Mile High is a wonderful new addition to downtown Denver, which is a thriving community and a great place to live, eat, and belong,” says Larry Poduba, executive vice president and general manager at Opus. “Opus is proud to be investing in Denver and we look forward to continued investment in this great city.”
