Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a Michelin-starred chef renowned for his culinary innovations, is now bringing his refined sensibilities to the luxury real estate market with the Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences. Located in Miami's Design District, the 48-story tower, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, is set to redefine high-end living by combining urban sophistication, tropical aesthetics, and Vongerichten’s signature fine dining experiences.

The residences will feature over 41,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, emphasizing wellness, socializing, and entertainment. A highlight of the project is the ground-floor abc Kitchens, featuring a trio of Vongerichten’s restaurants: abc Kitchen, abc cocina, and abcV, which will offer plant-forward, Latin-inspired, and farm-to-table cuisine, respectively. This dining experience is closely aligned with the overall design, which draws inspiration from Vongerichten’s similar venture in Brooklyn’s DUMBO district.

Yabu Pushelberg's interior design blends Miami’s tropical environment with playful textures, natural materials, and two unique kitchen palettes — "dawn" and "dusk." The floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light, seamlessly connecting residents with the vibrant cityscape. Amenities include a rooftop dining space, resort-style pool, spa facilities, a podcast studio, and more, creating a holistic living experience.

Vongerichten’s involvement extended to the finer details of the project, particularly in the kitchen design, ensuring that every element of the space, down to the location of the kitchen sink, was meticulously crafted. The Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences joins a growing list of luxury brands such as Porsche, Versace, and Bulgari that are expanding into the real estate market, offering residents a unique blend of high-end living and exceptional lifestyle experiences.
