Located just blocks away from the iconic Space Needle, Siteline adds new office, retail, and residential space to the popular Uptown Seattle neighborhood. Active retail space is located along the north corridor with a large public plaza. The main residential building entry opens onto this plaza, and office space is situated in the middle.
According to the developer, the 1960s-era Seattle Center and local music scene provided inspiration for the modern design aesthetic. One of the property’s amenity highlights is hidden behind a generously sized wooden bookcase. After giving the right side a slight push, residents will get to experience the eclectic Club Royale speakeasy.
