When designing the luxury townhome community of Cordillera, the team at KTGY embraced the Las Vegas neighborhood’s color and material requirements to create modern elevations. Stone and lap siding break up the primarily stucco massing, and stone accents highlight the front doors of homes and create a pedestrian scale.

The multigenerational and family-targeted townhome community features three-story open-concept designs ranging from 1,803 to 2,154 square feet with distinctive architecture, according to developer and builder Toll Brothers.

Entry courtyards, covered patios, and optional rooftop decks provide outdoor living space and low-maintenance townhome living. Plans in the community feature spacious foyers with a versatile first-floor flex room adjacent to stairs leading to the second-floor main living level. The great room, dining area, and outdoor living space overlook the kitchen, which features a large center island with a breakfast bar, ample counter and cabinet space, and a walk-in pantry. The primary bedroom suite features sizable walk-in closets and a large primary bath.

Clerestories used at nearly every window allow light to flow in communal spaces within each plan, and pop-outs create depth, providing contemporary, modern, and transitional styles to the streetscape.
