Known as one of the oldest and most prestigious competitions in the industry, the Gold Nugget Awards have recognized top innovators in design, planning, and development for over 60 years.
The program announced its 2025 grand honorees at an awards ceremony June 11 in Anaheim, California, during PCBC, the Pacific Coast’s regional conference and trade show for real estate development.
This year’s competition drew 675 entries in over 60 categories, including multifamily, mixed-use, affordable, single-family production, interior design, custom homes, commercial, renovations, and site planning. Jurors selected several merit winners in each grouping and elevated one project to become the grand winner.
The judging panel included some of the industry’s top designers, planners, and builders: Signorelli Co.’s Royce Brooks; Danielian Associates’ John Danielian; McDonald Construction’s Carole Griffith, Bassenian Lagoni’s Mark Kiner; Zonda’s Steve Ladurantaye; and The Webb Group’s Joan and Larry Webb.
Here’s a roundup of 10 multifamily developments that garnered Gold Nugget grand awards. View the full list of winners across all the categories here.
