In 2023, the Gold Nugget Awards celebrated its 60th anniversary of recognizing companies that enhance communities through outstanding concepts in design, planning, and development.
With an impressive participation of 640 entries, this year's annual awards program revealed the grand honorees during an awards ceremony held in late May at PCBC, the Pacific Coast’s regional conference and trade show for real estate development. From multifamily and affordable developments to single-family production and custom homes, the program bestowed numerous merit and grand awards across more than 50 categories.
“The Gold Nugget Award winners reflect our industry’s best, brightest, and most innovative architects, designers, and builder/developers,” notes Lisa Parrish, judging chairman and ceremonies administrator for the program. “The 2023 winners prove the beauty of design.”
