In Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, Juneau Construction Co. and Property Markets Group (PMG) have started construction of One Twenty Brickell Residences, a luxury mixed-use condominium and rental development.
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, One Twenty Brickell Residences has two planned towers. The first will deliver 266 luxury residences, each accompanied with a dedicated office suite complete with private elevators, and access to more than 60,000 square feet of exclusive amenities, including a sky bar, lobbies, conference rooms, modern offices, gyms, pool decks, hot and cold plunge pools, and indoor spa facilities.
Connected by a shared podium, the second tower will feature 537 multifamily residential units operated by Sentral; more than 10,000 square feet of retail space; and 606 parking spaces across nearly 280,000 square feet of parking facilities.
As general contractor, Juneau Construction Co. will lead the construction of One Twenty Brickell Residences. “We are honored to partner with PMG again on a project that will deliver sophisticated luxury living to Brickell and contribute to the continued growth and vitality in one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods,” says Russ Beck, vice president, South Florida operations at Juneau.
The residences will offer sweeping views of the Brickell and downtown Miami skylines as well as Biscayne Bay. Residents will also have access to the Brickell Metro Mover and Metrorail stations, allowing convenient connectivity to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, downtown Miami, and the high-speed Brightline rail.
