Gables is bringing a new luxury multifamily building to Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood.
The 122-unit, eight-story Gables Residences features a variety of floor plans with a large footprint for entertaining. The building consists of 57 one-bedroom units starting at $2,160; 53 two-bedrooms starting at $3,550; six three-bed layouts starting at $6,000; and six townhomes with rents starting at $5,496.

The units include solar shade window treatments, Nest thermostats, built-in Bluetooth speakers that can be controlled from an app, and wine refrigerators. Select units also have private patios, gas grills, and fireplaces.
What Gables says sets the community apart is its luxury hotel-like amenities. There will be a full-service concierge on-site who is a full-time employee to assist residents. The building features a rooftop pool, spa, and cabanas; an outdoor kitchen and courtyard with fire pits; a gourmet demonstration kitchen; a resident lounge; a customizable media theater; a yoga studio; dog walking services; a coffee bar; and a courtyard putting green.
The complex is still under construction and is scheduled to begin pre-leasing in mid-November. Gables expects the property to be completed in February.
