Crescent Communities has begun construction of RENDER Manchester Farm, its newest multifamily development in Tennessee, which will include 309 units with the first homes delivering in summer 2026. Rooted in a refined rural lifestyle, the new development situated on a 35-acre farm will offer residents a restorative farmhouse environment reflecting the beauty and serenity of the area.
The three-story garden community will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences across seven buildings, which are designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
“Inspired by Murfreesboro’s rustic charm, RENDER Manchester Farm will offer residents a peaceful countryside lifestyle where they can embrace tranquility while still enjoying the convenience of the neighborhood’s shopping and dining destinations,” says Michael Tubridy, Crescent Communities’ managing director for Tennessee. “This community reflects Crescent Communities’ ongoing commitment to expanding its footprint in Nashville and developing spaces that merge modern living with the area’s unique heritage.”

Reflecting a true homestead experience, the property will feature a farm and a garden with a fully stocked toolshed; a resident clubhouse with front porch swings; a pool area with landscaping, grills, a smoker, a fire pit, and picnic tables; a canine corral dog park; and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga studio.
Crescent Communities Construction will serve as the development’s general contractor. Financial partners include ParkProperty Capital as equity provider and BOK Financial and Cadence Bank as lenders. Additional partners include Dwell Design Studio as architect, Edge as landscape architect, and Huddleston-Steele Engineering as civil engineer.
RENDER Manchester Farm will be Crescent Communities’ ninth multifamily investment in the Greater Nashville market. Most recently, Crescent celebrated the groundbreaking of its build-to-rent townhome community, HARMON West Meade in Nashville, and the grand opening of NOVEL Harpeth Heights in Bellevue. Crescent’s Class A NOVEL brand delivers luxury residences in urban environments, while RENDER focuses on developing best-in-class suburban multifamily communities with local character at a more approachable cost.
Nationally, Crescent Communities continues to experience significant growth with $7.2 billion of residential and commercial investments and developments in various stages of construction, operations, and planning. The pipeline includes 15,300 multifamily and single-family build-to-rent units.
