The Bainbridge Companies, a Wellington, Fla.-based luxury apartment owner, manager and developer, has announced that its management portfolio now exceeds the 20,000-unit milestone. Bainbridge now owns and manages approximately 23,000 apartment homes, with another 2,000 under development.

Bainbridge’s main development and acquisition activity takes place in Southeast and Central Florida and the Mid-Atlantic, with recent expansion activity taking place in New York, the Carolinas, and other East Coast markets.

The company’s most recent completions and starts include the 228-unit Bainbridge 3200 in Suffolk, Virginia, the 417-unit Bainbridge Shady Grove Metro in Rockville, Maryland, and the 450-unit Bainbridge Brandon in Brandon, Florida.

“The 23,000-unit milestone not only validates our strategic direction, but also proves that the demand for quality amenities, finishes and living experiences continues to thrive,” said Seth Kalinsky, president of property management for Bainbridge, in a release. The relationships that we’ve created and fostered over the years have made this milestone possible. Through great partners and the steady in-house development of new communities, we've been able to achieve this important accomplishment.”
