In the West Ashley submarket of Charleston, Aventon Cos. has broken ground on its first luxury apartment community in South Carolina. On 30 acres near the intersection of Bees Ferry Road and Savannah Highway, Aventon Bees Ferry will offer 394 one- to three-bedroom units near major employers, dining, and shopping.
Expected to open in early 2024, each Aventon Bees Ferry apartment will feature high-end finishes and an expansive amenity package including a community clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a pet spa, a dog park, a gaming lawn in the primary courtyard, and a tranquil nature-centered space in a second courtyard.
"With Charleston consistently experiencing year-over-year employment growth while seeing its economy and tourism industry reach unparalleled heights, Aventon decided to launch our first project in South Carolina here. Designed by Watts Leaf Architects, the four-story buildings will have elevator access. Interiors were curated by Studio 5 Interiors, and landscaping and hardscaping was designed by Thomas & Hutton.
