Q:How do amenities and services offered at condo-hotel projects vary from those offered at traditional multifamily communities?
A:“At TWELVE Hotels & Residences, which pairs moderately priced high-rise condo-minium residences with an all-suite boutique hotel, the most significant difference between the amenities and services, compared to multifamily communities, is that condo residents are able to enjoy the services a hotel offers. For example, both homeowners and hotel guests at TWELVE have access to a concierge, cleaning service, and valet parking. Residents have only to take a short elevator ride to enjoy one of the city's best dining destinations right in the building—or they can order room service. Additionally, technology features like GHOST, an online application found in our TWELVE hotels, and HALO, a similar online application now available in some of our latest condo developments, allow our residents and guests to order various services and manage their lives and homes online. Hotel amenities are so popular, we are adding them to some of our high-rise condo developments that are residences only.”
