The newest City Club Apartments community, City Club Apartments Crossroads, has opened for resident move-ins in Kansas City, Missouri’s Crossroads neighborhood.

The mixed-use community integrates a brand-new, seven-story building with the historic Midwest Hotel. It includes 283 apartment units, including duplexes, townhouses, penthouses, and furnished apartments, available in a choice of 50 floor plans. Each one features 9- to 20-foot ceilings; custom-designed kitchens, cabinets, and fixtures; plank flooring; granite countertops; and movable islands.

Amenities include City Club’s standard rooftop Sky Park with a pool and a hot tub, as well as a second floor Sky Club with a theater, a gourmet kitchen, and lounge seating. Just outside the Sky Club, the community’s courtyard offers an outdoor movie theater, fire pits, a bark park, and a zen garden. A fitness center, a wellness room, a conference and business center, storage lockers, and bike racks are also available.

“Hands down, this is the very best mixed-use apartment and penthouse community in Kansas City,” says Jonathan Holtzman, chairman and CEO of City Club Apartments. “The historic Midwest Hotel conversion, cool new seven-story building, and our retail and restaurant amenities are unmatched additions to the city and a great integration to this culturally rich and vibrant Crossroads neighborhood.”

The building itself is Green Certified and also Clean Rated, satisfying a regular 113-point checklist on social distancing, intensive cleaning, and medical health reporting. Retail tenants include DGX, which opened on the first floor of the CCA Crossroads building earlier this year, plus two new dining concepts from local restaurateur Howard Hanna, set to open in 2021.
