CA Ventures and White Oak Realty Partners, along with national property manager The Habitat Co., have opened Two Twelve Clayton, a 26-story, Class A property in Clayton, Mo., a close-in suburb of St. Louis. The 250-unit high-rise features 9,300 square feet of amenities and "club-style living for busy professionals."
Two Twelve includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units from 592 to 1,366 square feet; rents range from $1,706 to $4,415. The apartments, for which move-ins began last month, offer floor-to-ceiling windows; chef-inspired kitchens with white quartz countertops, two-tone cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and white glass mosaic tile backsplashes; spectacular views with select units featuring private balconies; oversized walk-in closets; and full-size washer/dryers.
Also available to residents are a rooftop deck with resort-inspired pool; outdoor sundeck with lounge seating, fire pit, and outdoor dining area with grills; fitness center; yoga studio; and a resident lounge. Two Twelve is also pet friendly and smoke free.
“St. Louis has always been an attractive market for us because the city has so much to offer residents, from both a recreational and economical perspective,” said Richard Blum, managing principal for White Oak Realty Partners, in a statement. “With its convenient location to Clayton’s business district and top-of-the-line amenities, Two Twelve will definitely be filling a void in the strong St. Louis rental market.”
Residents of Two Twelve will be at the center of an array of cultural and entertainment opportunities in Clayton, including the sprawling Shaw Park, award-winning Shaw Park Aquatic Center, and a collection of popular boutiques, galleries, and restaurants.
“The surrounding community has been very interested in Two Twelve, so we’re thrilled to welcome our first residents,” said Sheila Byrne, executive vice president of property management for The Habitat Co. “As they’ll soon find out, the experience Two Twelve Clayton delivers to the market is unparalleled. There’s no other community in the area that combines this level of sophisticated urban design, LEED certification, and refined luxury amenities.”
Home to Fortune 500 companies such as health-care firm Centene Corp. and Washington University, the suburb of Clayton is just 10 minutes from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis.
