Aventon Cos. has started development on Aventon Belle Isle, its third apartment community project in the Orlando, Florida, market since mid-2020.

Located 2 miles from Orlando International Airport, Aventon Belle Isle will offer 348 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across 12 garden-style buildings on a 24-acre lot. The site will include over 8,000 square feet of indoor amenity space, with a fitness center and yoga studio, remote work offices and communication spaces, automated package delivery, a coffee bar, a pet spa, and a poolside social lounge. Outdoor amenities will include a resort-style pool and cabanas, a hammock garden, an outdoor kitchen with grills, a dog park, and walking trails.

The developer now has 891 apartments under construction in the Orlando area. Aventon Alaira, located east of World Center and Disney, will offer 296 units when complete, while Aventon Gem Lake will deliver 247 units to Winter Park in 2022. A total of 1,215 apartments are under construction in the Orlando and Jacksonville markets, with 1,400 units set to start construction within the next 12 months.

Aventon is developing Aventon Belle Isle in partnership with Boston-based CrossHarbor Capital Partners. Scott + Cormia Architects designed the community’s buildings, while Design Environments arranged the interior design.
