KWA Construction has announced the completion of the Atlantica at Burleson apartments in Burleson, Texas, a 217-unit multifamily complex surrounded by more than 550 acres of outdoor recreational space. Developed by Sovereign Properties and designed by Womack + Hampton Architects, the property was purchased by Jacobson Equities in August 2022.
The three-story building offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging in size from $1,300 to $2,200 square feet. Interiors include quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring and designer tile backsplashes, while community amenities feature a 24-hour gym; a cybercafé; a resident lounge; a pool with a sundeck; an outdoor grilling area; a gaming lawn; a dog park and spa; and a fireside retreat. Residents also have access to a seven-bay bike repair shop, carports, an eight-bay garage, and 58 storage units.
