Monday Properties, a real estate investment firm and developer, has acquired a 210-unit multifamily community in the Atlanta suburb of South Fulton in partnership with RSN Property Group. The partners purchased Villas at Princeton Lakes for $36.5 million from FCP.
This acquisition marks Monday Properties’ first foray into the market and its ongoing expansion of its multifamily portfolio, which includes over 6,500 units in operation and the development pipeline across the East Coast.
“Our entry into Atlanta aligns with Monday Properties’ strategic vision to target high-growth markets and bring new capital investment to multifamily properties across the Southeast,” said founding managing partner Anthony Westreich. “As the nation’s ninth largest economy with projected population growth of 6% over the next five years, Atlanta’s robust economic fundamentals and strong demographic trends make the Villas at Princeton Lakes an ideal addition to our portfolio.”
The pet-friendly community, built in 2004, features one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with private patios, walk-in closets, and in-unit washer and dryer connections. Resort-style amenities include a swimming pool and a business center.
According to Monday Properties, it plans to implement strategic capital improvements across the property, including kitchen upgrades such as subway tile backsplashes, painted cabinets, and new hardware.
The partnership between Monday Properties and RSN Property Group, a boutique multifamily real estate investment firm owned by Australian investors based in the United States, leverages both firms’ strengths in deal sourcing, infrastructure, and market expertise. The partners have secured favorable financing through Freddie Mac and is exploring additional opportunities in the Atlanta market.
“The partnership between RSN Property Group and Monday Properties brings together two firms with extensive multifamily experience and a shared outlook on the underlying fundamentals set to propel the sector to new heights,” said Reed Goossens, founder and CEO at RSN Property Group. “By combining our local market expertise and Monday’s proven investment track record in the multifamily sector, we are uniquely positioned to identify and execute on compelling opportunities throughout the Atlanta metro area.”
