Bell Partners has acquired two adjacent multifamily communities in Westford, Massachusetts: Hanover Westford Valley and Hanover Westford Hills, which will soon merge to form Bell Westford. The combined 420-unit property will be the fifth Bell Partners community in the greater Boston area.
Bell Westford is located along the I-495 corridor, near a number of tech and health care employers, including IBM, Abbott Laboratories, and NetScout, and the Littleton/Route 495 commuter rail station, which provides access to Boston’s North Station. The community offers a mix of 408 apartments and 12 townhomes, each one equipped with stainless-steel appliances, quartz islands, pendant lighting, full-size laundry, and private balconies.
Community amenities include two resort-style pools, outdoor lounge areas, a dog park and pet spa, a fitness center, a private media room, a conference room, and private workstations. Bell Partners is following the guidance of health authorities concerning amenity operation and cleanliness.
"Residents at Bell Westford have convenient access to Boston's employment while enjoying the high-quality suburban lifestyle with access to some of the best public schools in Massachusetts," says Nickolay Bochilo, executive vice president of investments at Bell Partners. "Our investment in two adjacent properties and combining operations post-closing reflects a targeted approach to creating value for the residents and investors through operating synergies, while benefiting from demographic shifts toward suburban living in a high-quality market like Boston."
