Pratum Cos., a new integrated real estate firm, has launched following Full Circle Real Estate Partners’ strategic acquisitions of Edgewood Management Corp. and Presidential Service Industries and the formation of FCRE Compliance and Leasing.
Led by CEO Shah Alam, Pratum, which operates over 150 multifamily communities with over 15,000 units in eight states, brings together 500-plus employees to provide development and construction advisory services; property management; acquisition and investment; third-party compliance and leasing consulting; and commercial cleaning.
“Pratum Cos. is the realization of a personal, long-held vision of mine. We’re redefining what’s truly possible in multifamily as we combine 50 years of proven expertise with a new vision and enhanced talent bench to deliver comprehensive real estate management and consulting services,” said Alam. “Our distinct business lines, which include third-party compliance and leasing consulting, will set a new industry standard by providing real estate firms and multifamily owners with unique access to our proven regulatory adherence and resident retention strategies. It’s a new approach and one that I hope spurs much-needed innovation and collaboration in our space.”
Pratum’s executive team has been expanded with Steve Lainez as president of the commercial cleaning division and Adriana Ortega Diaz as president of the compliance and leasing consulting division.
In addition, new hires include David McGuill, executive director of operations; Giraud Payen, manager of acquisitions and investment management; and Jessica Brittingham, director of learning and development.
