Ross Management Services, the multifamily property management arm of Bethesda, Md.–based Ross Cos., has named Dawn Miller its new vice president of marketing.
Miller brings more than 30 years of multifamily marketing experience to her new position. In her time as director of marketing for Lerner Corp.’s Residential Division, Miller oversaw the development of the company’s web, social media, and reputation management presence, including the launch of 16 fully customized apartment community sites and a companywide SEO/SEM strategy.
Before Lerner, Miller served as vice president of marketing for Westminster Management, a division of Kushner Cos., and as director of marketing at The Donaldson Group, Dreyfuss Management, and Grady Management. She also held various marketing and human resources positions at Aimco over eight years.

In all, Ross Cos. manages more than 15,000 apartment units across 45 communities in four geographic areas. The firm first expanded beyond the D.C. metro area with the 2015 opening of its Richmond office, which now manages more than 1,300 units in nine communities. Ross also has approximately 1,415 units across North and South Carolina.
