Veteran multifamily executive Laurie Lyons has joined US Residential Group as executive vice president of client services, according to a company announcement.
In her new role, Lyons will be responsible for managing and expanding US Residential’s third-party portfolio of more than 43,000 conventional and affordable apartment units. Over almost 30 years of multifamily experience, Lyons has served as a partner at Cardinal Group Management and as co-founder and CEO of BH Management Services. BH Management’s portfolio grew to encompass 40,000 units across 16 states under Lyons’ leadership, and she is the first female CEO to have been listed on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s annual Top 50 Managers ranking.
“Laurie brings a rich array of experience and long-standing relationships that will enable our company to better serve our existing clients and residents while growing in a way that allows us to remain nimble and flexible in our operations,” said Stephanie Brock, president of US Residential, in a statement to the press. "Laurie will also serve as a valued member of our strategic team, where her insight and perspective will help us drive industry innovation and maximize revenue and asset value for our clients."
