Dallas-based multifamily architecture firm Humphreys & Partners Architects (HPA) has announced the appointment of Megan Dimmer as its new chief executive officer. She will assume the CEO position effective this November, as Mark Humphreys continues on as chairman.
For the past four years, Dimmer served as HPA’s chief strategy officer. In addition to her HPA experience, Dimmer has over 16 years of executive experience through various leadership positions with Fortune 500 company Lexmark International.
“This is a very exciting time for HPA as we continue to make significant changes to position our company for long-term success across major markets: multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, master planning, and more,” said Humphreys in a company press release. “As chairman and owner of HPA, I’m thrilled to have Megan as our new CEO and executing our strategic plans for the future.
“Megan has a track record of pushing innovation and streamlining companywide processes, drastically increasing productivity and the client experience," Humphreys continued. "In my new role as chairman, I look forward to assisting Megan and the team as we continue to revolutionize the industry with innovative, cost-effective designs.”
