Monument Real Estate Services, the asset and property management arm of Miami-based Monument Capital & Asset Management, has appointed Gregory J. Lozinak as its new CEO.
Lozinak joined Monumental Real Estate Services as COO in January 2016 and has overseen the direction and operations of the company’s 350-person property management team, as well as its management portfolio of over 12,000 units.
He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and management and served as the division president at Invitation Homes, where he oversaw the operation of an 8,000-home single-family rental portfolio. He also operated a 20,000-unit portfolio for Waterton Residential and held leadership roles at ING Clarion Partners and Archstone.
Current CEO Stuart Zook will move to the newly created position of chief investment officer, from which he will manage the firm’s growth and investments.
“Greg has been an instrumental leader since joining Monument Real Estate Services last year, and under his leadership we have seen tremendous growth as we've continued to expand our property management portfolio across the country,” Zook said in a release. “He has distinguished himself during his tenure, significantly increasing efficiencies and enhancing processes, and it is with great enthusiasm that we move the firm forward with Greg as CEO.”
