GoldOller Real Estate Investments, Philadelphia, on Wednesday announced the appointment of Jake Hollinger as its President and COO.

Hollinger, 42, joined GoldOller in 2009 as director of acquisitions and shortly thereafter advanced to principal and EVP/COO. According to Richard Oller, GoldOller's Executive Chairman, Hollinger's promotion is recognition of the central role Jake has played fostering the rapid growth and success of GoldOller which today owns and operates more than $2 billion of real estate assets.

"Jake is an intuitive strategic planner, disciplined investor, and very talented operations manager who helped craft GoldOller's unique culture of team work which as led to our extraordinary results. The promotion was a surprise to Hollinger when it was announced by Oller and Goldstein at the firm's annual GO MEET retreat. "More than a hundred GoldOller team leaders and associates from across the U.S. rewarded Hollinger with a standing ovation. That's the real acknowledgement," Oller said.

Hollinger graduated from Harvard University with honors and received his MBA from Harvard Business School. Hollinger resides in Philadelphia with his wife Beth and their two young children.
