North Palm Beach, Fla.–based Electra America has 70 multifamily communities located across six states, with a portfolio of more than 23,000 apartment units totaling over $2.5 billion in value. Now, the management teams at those properties will be overseen by Stacey Bondar, who was recently appointed the firm's executive vice president of asset management.

In her new role, Bondar will oversee the properties’ performance, enhancements, and revenue management and interact directly with investors and strategic partners worldwide. She reports to Electra America CEO Joe Lubeck.

“We are excited to have someone with Stacey’s expertise, track record of success, and talent joining the Electra America team,” said Lubeck, in a release. “This is another great step in building and expanding the company’s holdings and our operating platform.”

Bondar previously served as the vice president of operations for Invitation Homes in Tampa, Fla. There, she was responsible for the overall management and financial success of the firm’s operations, rehab/turns/maintenance, acquisition, and leasing departments, which touched over 5,600 single-family homes throughout Florida.

In her more than 15 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, Bondar has also served in various leadership roles for Cal-Am Properties, American Residential Communities, and ZRS Management.
