Yesterday, Dominium announced that it had brought on Tim Allen as its new CFO. The Minneapolis-based firm has made its name as a strong apartment renovator and manager, coming in ninth in the 2014 Top 25 Renovators list.

MINNEAPOLIS – July 14, 2014 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, today announced that it has hired Tim Allen as chief financial officer and senior vice president of corporate services at its home office in Plymouth, Minn. Allen will be responsible for the leadership and oversight for the accounting and finance department. In addition, Allen will be responsible for the oversight of human resources, information technology, and other administration.
Allen brings years of experience in the oversight of financial, human resource, and information technology departments. Previously, he was a CFO for Quest Education and a COO/CFO for Pro Staff. The hire is effective on July 7, 2014.
Allen has a Master of Business Administration in finance and strategic management from the University of Minnesota. Allen enjoys cabin activities, coaching youth sports, and attending professional and college sporting events. He currently resides in Medina, Minn.
