Kettler, a multifamily development and property management company active in the Washington, D.C., metro area, announced this week that David Ohlrich will be joining the company as the senior vice president of property management operations. He is set to take on the new role in January.
Ohlrich was most recently senior vice president at Federal Capital Partners, a real estate acquisition, operation, and development firm in Chevy Chase, Md., where he worked for over 10 years. In the role, he was responsible for oversight of asset management and development, as well as fee-managed relationships and development investments.
Ohlrich holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, as well as bachelor's degrees in architecture and engineering. He has also worked at NVR, NHP, and Equity Residential and has almost 30 years of experience in property management and real estate.
“Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to our rapidly growing property management team,” said Cindy Clare, president of Kettler Management, in a release. “He will lead the effort to ensure our apartment management portfolio continues to operate at exceptional levels. Our customers and clients remain a top priority, and Dave will assist us in delivering services that will exceed their expectations.”
