Camden Property Trust placed 22nd on FORTUNE Magazine’s 20th annual “100 Best Companies to Work For” list, marking the real estate company’s tenth consecutive year on the list.
The 100 Best Companies to Work For is tabulated based on a survey of more than 232,000 employees carried out by FORTUNE in partnership with Great Place to Work. These employees, which come from Great Place to Work-Certified companies with at least 1,000 employees, rate their workplace culture, the trust they feel toward leaders, their pride in their job, and there relationships with their peers.
“We are honored to be recognized for the tenth consecutive year as one of the best workplaces in America,” said Keith Oden, president of Camden, in a statement. “Our inclusion on this list is a tribute to the hard work and dedication of our nearly 1,700 Camden associates.”
Camden currently owns interests in and operates 52,793 apartment units across 152 properties nationwide. The company now has seven properties under development, and its holdings will expand to 55,366 units across 159 properties when the developments are complete.
