Luxury multifamily developer Bainbridge Cos. has announced Laurie Lyons, a veteran apartment executive with more than three decades of industry experience, will join the company’s leadership team as a senior vice president of business development.
The Wellington, Fla.–based firm says Lyons will work with the team to strategically position Bainbridge to meet industry shifts; accelerate innovation in design, development, and operations; and improve customer experience for both clients and residents.
"It is hard to overstate what an exciting addition to our executive team Laurie is,” said Kevin Keane, executive vice president and COO of Bainbridge, in a press release. "2019 should be a year of real growth for our company, and Laurie's leadership will play a critical role in making that growth a reality.”
Prior to joining Bainbridge, Lyons served as director of asset management for MIG Real Estate, executive vice president of client services for the US Residential Group, and vice president of client services at Cardinal Group Management.
In addition, Lyons was the co-founder and CEO of BH Management Services, where she grew the company’s portfolio to include more than 47,000 units in 27 states.
Lyons has been recognized as the first female CEO on the National Multifamily Housing Council's (NMHC's) Top 50 Managers ranking and has spoken at many industry conferences, including those organized by MFE, the National Apartment Association, the NMHC, Interface, and Bisnow.
