The Bainbridge Companies, a luxury multifamily community owner, developer and manager based in Bethesda, Md. and Wellington, Fla., has hired Alex Eyssen as its new vice president. In this role, Eyssen will focus on expanding Bainbridge’s student housing sector presence, both in acquisitions and in new development.
Eyssen previously served as the vice president of development, acquisitions, and dispositions for Campus Crest Development, the real estate development section of Campus Crest Communities. In this position, he managed project development, form market selection, site selection, entitlement, and closing of Campus Crest’s purpose-built student housing.
