Craig Cauthen has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as vice president of capital markets, multifamily division. Cauthen worked for private real estate firm Bay Equity Real Estate. He will be based in Dallas.
Operations Pro Joins RedHil
Dimple Seeliger has been named senior vice president of equities for San Diego, Calif.-based RedHill Realty Investors. She will also manage joint ventures and be responsible for leading operational strategies and implementation.
Industry Veteran Joins KeyBank
Charles Krawitz has joined KeyBank Real Estate Capital as managing director of the firm’s Key Commercial Mortgage Direct smallloan origination and securitization platform. Krawitz previously was managing director of LaSalle Bank’s Multifamily Finance Group.
Appraiser Heading Up Arbor’s New N.J. Office
Brian Cronin has been named director for Uniondale, N.Y.-based Arbor Commercial Mortgage. He will be based in the firm’s new office in Wayne, N.J. Cronin previously held positions at CWCapital and was an independent commercial property appraiser.
