  • Aventura, Fla.-based Advenir acquired a 308-unit community in Orlando for $27.1 million.

  • A 930-unit community in Forestville, Md. traded for $58 million. The buyer was a partnership between Laurel, Md.-based Dragone Realty Investments and Pacific Coast Capital Partners. The property was 48 percent occupied at the time of sale and the deal resolved a troubled situation.

  • Post Properties purchased a 360-unit community in Charlotte, N.C. for $74 million. The property is LEED Silver certified and was 95 percent occupied at the time of purchase.

  • MAA acquired a 394-unit for an undisclosed sum in Atlanta. This marks the company’s third Atlanta-area purchase this summer.

  • New York City-based Kushner Companies acquired a combined 338 units over two properties in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. for an undisclosed sum.

  • 328 Apartments purchased a 328-unit property in Glendale, Ariz. for $5.3 million. Colliers International represented both the buyer and seller in the deal.
