Stockton Williams and Gene Slater
Stockton Williams is executive director of the National Council of State Housing Agencies, whose state housing finance agency members have delivered more than $550 billion in financing to make possible the purchase, development, and rehabilitation of more than 7.5 million affordable homes for low- and moderate-income households.
Gene Slater is chairman of CSG Advisors, which has been the leading financial advisor in the country for affordable housing for each of the last 20 years, according to Securities Data. He serves as municipal advisor to the state housing finance agencies of Colorado, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, and New York State.
