Stephanie Fuhrman

Stephanie Fuhrman is a proptech investor, advisor, and executive at Catalyst Housing Group, which oversees approximately $4 billion in middle-income housing in the state of California. A proven corporate executive, leader, producer, and entrepreneur with experience spanning brokerage of $850 million institutional multifamily transactions to the strategic oversight of multifamily operations including marketing, education, property technology, and innovation. Before coming to Catalyst, Fuhrman oversaw the Greystar Innovation team as well as the global proptech strategy and implementation in Europe, China, Australia, and Brazil spanning over 1,700 properties and over 1,000,000 residents.

Fuhrman has been an industry advocate serving on the NMHC innovation committee, OpTech co-chair, board advisor, and champion for cultural diversity and inclusion. She has an undergraduate degree from Washington State University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
