Stephanie Fuhrman is a proptech investor, advisor, and executive at Catalyst Housing Group, which oversees approximately $4 billion in middle-income housing in the state of California. Before coming to Catalyst, Fuhrman oversaw the Greystar Innovation team as well as the global proptech strategy and implementation in Europe, China, Australia, and Brazil spanning over 1,700 properties and over 1,000,000 residents.
