Scott Seegmiller
Scott Seegmiller is the managing partner of Ascent Multifamily Accounting, a Las Vegas–based accounting firm that works with multifamily owners and managers across the country. He counsels clients on building and implementing high-performing financial operations. In 1990, Scott was a founding partner and CFO of Realty Management, which developed 25 apartment communities and grew the firm to be one of the NMHC’s Top 50 property management firms in the U.S. with more than 27,000 units under management.
