Broder & Sachse Real Estate is a Detroit-based real estate development company specializing in commercial and residential properties. Founded in 1993, Broder & Sachse has been behind several of the most influential mixed-use developments in Detroit, including The Albert Capitol Park, a historic renovation with residential units over retail; The Scott at Brush Park, a $65 million, five-story, mixed-use development with luxury amenities; The Hamilton Midtown Detroit, a multifamily development with affordable housing units; and Orchestra Place, a five-story, Class A office building.
