Matthew Wurtzebach

Matthew Wurtzebach is a senior vice president in the Commercial Finance Group at Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national real estate services firm based in Chicago. Since joining Draper and Kramer in 2005, Wurtzebach has underwritten, negotiated, and conducted due diligence on more than 360 funded commercial real estate debt and equity transactions totaling $5.5 billion. He is a graduate of DePaul University and the University of Chicago.
