Leah Jensen
Leah Jensen is senior vice president of human resources at Fogelman Properties. She is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, equity, diversity and inclusion, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation, and succession planning. Prior to joining Fogelman, Jensen served as COO of the Memphis Zoo, HR director of the Memphis Zoo, HR operations manager for Vera Bradley, and graduate program recruiter for the Bank of Ireland. Jensen earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Goshen College and a diploma in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. Jensen has maintained her SHRM-CP since 2016 and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
