Kurt Stuart
Kurt Stuart is the area manager and head of Commercial Term Lending (CTL) for the Northeast Region (including New York, Boston and DC) for JPMorgan Chase. Kurt’s team is responsible for loan originations, strategic direction, and the financial performance of CTL’s Northeast Region Multifamily loan business. Kurt joined Chase in 2015 as the regional sales manager for CTL’s Southern California multifamily lending business. He began his career at GE Capital where he spent 10 years in a variety of corporate finance and commercial real estate roles ranging from originations to asset management. Kurt received his Masters of Business Administration from University of California-Irvine and Bachelor degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
