John W. Gahan III

John Gahan III is a partner in the Real Estate Department of Sullivan & Worcester’s Boston office. For the past two decades, his law practice has focused on real estate acquisition, financing, management, and development, principally involving the development and management of multifamily housing. Gahan has immersed himself in the firm's OZ practice area, moderating and speaking on panels relating to OZ investments.
