George Currall
George Currall is a principal and the managing director of capital markets at The NRP Group. Having joined NRP in December 2008 as vice president of finance, he is responsible for managing the Cleveland-based firm’s underwriting and pro forma analyses. In addition, his department is responsible for all of the company’s property-level capital needs, securing and maintaining all debt and equity relationships for luxury and affordable housing. Currall has been key to over 150 closings, representing $3.7 billion in raised capital and over 25,000 apartment units.
