David Nischwitz
David Nischwitz, senior vice president of redevelopment at Fogelman Properties, is responsible for strategy relating to value-enhancing capital improvements in the repositioning of acquisition properties as well as existing assets. Nischwitz also oversees Fogelman’s construction management department in the implementation of these capital projects. Prior to joining the Fogelman team, Nischwitz was senior vice president of Mid-America Apartment Communities. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in landscape architecture and earned his MBA degree from the University of Memphis. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, ULI-Memphis, and serves on the Design Review Commission for the city of Germantown, Tennessee.
