Bob Schmidt

Bob Schmidt is chief revenue officer and co-founder of TheGuarantors, a financial and real estate technology company offering lease guarantee and security deposit replacement tools for renters and operators. Previously, he served in various positions at TF Cornerstone and Rockrose, two of the largest private developers of multifamily housing in New York City. He was the founder and CEO of The Real Estate Book, the largest private real estate advertising magazine business on the East Coast.
