A former member of the communications team for the National Multifamily Housing Council, Kraus has written on all facets of the industry with a particular focus on innovation, tech, trends, and affordability. He has also told the stories of countless peacebuilders while covering international development with the nonprofit Search for Common Ground. A graduate of the George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs, Kraus currently resides in Denver.
