Property management software providers get mixed grades from apartment companies, according to a recently released NMHC survey. Though more than half of apartment owners and managers responding said they were “satisfied” or “highly satisfied” with their software product and provider overall, the findings also found areas needing attention. Among the aspects of property software that apartment companies would like to see improved: product support, integration with other software, and ability to add new features.
