CAPSTONE AND UMD: Capstone’s South Campus Commons, a 370-bed development built in partnership with the University of Maryland.
ACC AND UCI: UC–Irvine has privatized about half of its campus housing, including the 1,488-bed Vista del Campo, built in partnership with ACC in 2004.
SYMPHONY DEVELOPMENT AND USC: West 27th Place in Los Angeles, the first privately developed LEED Platinum student housing, was built with encouragement from USC.
