Larry Duggins is retiring from his position as managing director of Centerline Capital Group’s commercial real estate group. He plans to attend divinity school at Southern Methodist University and devote his time to helping launch nonprofit youth-oriented foundations.

Centerline’s commercial real estate group will now be structured as two divisions: Agency Products, led by William T. Hyman, and CMBS and Commercial Products, including equity funds, led by Mark R. Brown.

Arbor Appoints SVP

Peter Reisert has been appointed to senior vice president, capital markets, for Arbor Commercial Mortgage. In this newly created position, Reisert will oversee day-to-day operations of the capital markets division. He will also be responsible for identifying new lending partners and developing lending programs to complement Arbor’s existing product offerings. Formerly, Reisert served as director of capital markets with Centerline Capital Group.

Additionally, Arbor has promoted John Natalone to executive vice president. Natalone is responsible for managing all financing and bank relationships for the firm. He will also oversee the firm’s treasury and servicing operations. Previously, he served as a senior vice president.

Investment Pro Joins Perseus Realty

Loren Balsam has joined Perseus Realty Partners as managing director and senior investment officer. Balsam previously served as a senior investment officer at Fidelity Management & Research private equity group.
